MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Mindfulness is a simple but powerful practice of training our attention. Simple, because we are only paying attention to what’s happening in the here and now by focusing on our present sensations, thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental way. Powerful, because it will definitely interrupt our habit of getting lost in those millions of thoughts about the future, the past, that bother us in our daily life.
When we are mindful, our attention goes to the present moment and we are free of judgement. Feelings and thoughts can be experienced from a distance and a different point of view.
In our mindfulness workshops, we will show you the simple techniques to include mindfulness in your daily life. We train to calm our stressed spirits and nourish our soul by slowing down and just breathing in the moment. Wherever you are, you will learn to be fully there!
